Shellharbour City Council invites artists and/or creative teams to submit Expressions of Interest for the creation of a mural on a wall in Oak Flats.
This public art commission aims to create an artwork that is reflective of, and valued by the local community, businesses and visitors. We encourage submissions that will enhance and enliven the area, connect and inspire the community and enrich the daily lives of the area’s residents and visitors through a visual celebration of place.
