Also on the program are Mark Matthews on piano and Geoff Flynn. Thursday 4th October 6:30pm KJ String Orchestra and friends will hold a concert in the historic sandstone Jamberoo Uniting Chapel. Pieces include St Paul’s Suite by Gustav Holst, Hopak from “The Fair at Sorochinsk” by
Moussorgsky and the first movement of Mozart’s Concerto Nr.3 for Horn and Orchestra with Denis Langley as Horn soloist.

A musical voyage across the seas from Scotland and Finland to Australia by way of watery depths, epic journeys, maritime disasters and island magic between. Ranging from ancient Gregorian Chant to newer works by Sculthorpe and other composers, Behold- The Sea evokes the mystery and majesty of the ocean and the courage and tenacity of those who venture out across its vast expanses.
