SoundScape – Combined Chamber Group (Strings/Wind) next rehearses Thursday 2nd August at the new time of 6:15pm, we’ll stop halfway for a cuppa and finish practise at 8pm. Pamela Harris has taken on the musical direction for this term’s Latin inspired program and we look forward to working toward the next music association social/musical event – Latin Spring on Saturday 6th October 2018. This group is an eclectic combination of strings, flutes and mandolins and welcomes new players this term, especially if you enjoy tango!

Folk Music Session for playing folk tunes or songs from Australia, England, Scotland, Ireland, America or from anywhere that you find a tune or a song appealing to play or sing. Wayne Millar leads both this Folk and the Bluegrass group. Next rehearsal is this Wednesday 25th July 6:30-8:30pm.

Bluegrass and Old Time Session accommodates musicians that are looking for a bluegrass session where the tunes are played at a slow pace – open to all levels including beginners. For the more experienced there is a chance to play at a faster pace after the tunes have been played slowly. Next rehearsal is next Wednesday 1st August 6:30-8:30pm.
