They say if you do only one thing in tourism to market your event/business, then it should be creating an Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW)/ Get Connected listing.
Why? Well, its a FREE listing that you control that feeds over 200 websites, including Visit NSW and Australia.com.
ATDW Categories include: Accommodation, Attraction, Destination Information, Event, Food and Drink, General Services, Hire, Information Services, Journey, Tour, Transport.
You can create a listing yourself at any time (atdw.com.au), however now is your chance to get the help you need and get your event/ business noticed.
Destination Kiama will be holding a day of workshops focused solely on getting your event or business up and running on the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse.
There will be three sessions held on March 13 – 9:30am, 12pm & 2:30pm at the Kiama Community College.
This workshop is FREE for Destination Kiama Members and will be at a cost of $10pp for non-members.
Each session will run for approximately 1 hour and each participant will have access to a computer and internet.
